Last Friday I took Macy in to check her RSV and for a month follow up. She is doing great (other than this new cold she just got) her lungs are clear and her oxygen is in the high 90's, so we are out of the clear with RSV. She weighs 7.5 lbs now. She is chunking out, her cheeks are filling in and she has some pug on that belly. We are so in love with this baby girl!}
{This Princess Diva is full of it. She loves baby Macy and is very sensitive to her and her needs. She tells me "mom! be careful with da bebe". We got Miss Maggie all signed up for preschool for next year. She is so excited. We signed her up for dance--which she goes around ALL day dancing and singing. It will be good for her. Her newest song while spinning around with her arms out is "I'm a princess, I'm a princess" and she sings it to a cute little made up tune. She is such a character and such a joy to us!}
{Our Kaider man had his first field trip with his preschool class to Peter Piper Pizza. He was able to make his very own pizza! He had a lot of fun! The day after we got home from the hospital with Macy--the RSV time, Kaiden started complaining of an ear ache, next thing I know he is screaming. It landed us in the Urgent Care, double ear infection and one of his ear drums bursts, that is why he was in such pain. Heavy narcotics and two antibiotics did the trick. Now he is sick with yet another cold, but hopefully it isn't as bad as the last ones! Let's get healthy already!!! :)
He loves to help me with the baby and loves to play with his 'ARMY GUYS' with Macy! He is such a good big brother, and so helpful to me! He vacuums for me and does several chores around the house. he is growing up so fast and is such a good little boy.
We got him signed up for preschool next year too. And he will also start soccer in a few weeks.
How are my kids growing up so fast??!?!?}
We have been sick, many trips to the doctors, hospitals and urgent cares--not to mention all the prescriptions over the last 4 weeks. The Pharmacist actually knows my name, and sees me and grabs my meds for me before even saying hi--now, that is sad!!! Anyway, we thought we were over the worst once we got Macy home from the hospital, but then we got hit with another cold, Kaids ear infections, and last but not least Macy and I got hit with Thrush. Macy's cleared up quickly, but we are still fighting off mine. Mine got so bad that it got into the actual milk ducts and cause extreme sharp pain. Pumping and nursing puts me into tears, who knew that it could be so painful. The meds do help, I am just anxious for it to clear up so I can nurse with out such pain.
{Macy at a 1 month. I can't believe she is already a month old!!!}
{Macy at 3 weeks}
{Macy at 2 weeks}
The weather has been nice, so last Friday we headed over to our friends house to enjoy the weather.
{Can you believe that this is what we do in the middle of February! The kids got hot (it's been in the high 70's and low 80's this last week) so they all stripped down to their undies and played on the tramp and ran through the sprinklers (or sprinkles as my kids call it). My two friends that were there got sun burned! Its awesome to be doing this in the middle of winter!}
{On Saturday we took the kids out for a family Valentines Celebration. We went to this amazing place in Glendale with Adria and Mark and their kids called Fajitas. It was the best Fajitas we have ever had. Then after dinner we met up with Cassie and Kevin and their cute boys and went miniature golfing. We had a great night.}
