{September}

Wow! September has already come and gone, my favorite month of the year. That might have changed now that I live in Arizona. It's been VERY hot this September!!! Most days in the 100's. That is toasty for a Utah girl. We moved down to Arizona on August 30th, and stayed in a Hyatt Hotel for a week in Scottsdale before we moved into our home in Mesa. We celebrated, (oh, wait, we haven't celebrated yet...time to cash that in!) our 6th wedding anniversary on September 2. On September 3rd we moved in to our home, in 115 degree weather! It was VERY, VERY HOT. Our bodies have had a hard time adjusting. Especially me, being pregnant. I have had a few black outs. We just can't seem to stay hydrated and cool. We have really welcomed October with the weather being in the low 90's. Can't wait for November, December and January! {The move} {HOT LITTLE FACES} {Our First week while we were in Scottsdale we spent our time at the Pool and theses awesome free Splash Pads all over the East Valley. That is one thing I love about Arizona, all the amazing parks!} {Then we did this...} {We are SOOOO lucky to have such great friends out here. We spend a lot of our time, with our friends. They have been my saving grace!} {More Amazing Park Fun!} {Lots of great food in AZ!} Scotty, our first Arizona visitor came to visit us. We had a blast. My kids were in heaven with their Uncle Scotty DOO! We picked him up at the airport, headed to Scottsdale, had lunch. Then headed to a really fun water park. My kids had a blast. Maggie was out of control. She went down adult slides all by her self. That girl is not afraid of anything, and she kept on running from water slide to water slide. We had a hard time keeping up with her. Kaid was, of course very hesitant and cautious. He reminds me so much of me, but he had a blast! We played hard, then went to dinner and came home and watched a movie. The next morning, we woke up, packed the car and headed to Utah. Scotty was so nice to help me drive to Utah with the kids. Jake stayed in AZ and worked and then flew in the night of Kelli and Nick's wedding dinner. It worked out perfectly. It was so much fun having Scotty here even though it was a short stay, and thanks for all your help Scott! We are SOOOO excited my family is coming out for Thanksgiving! It's gonna be a party! As soon as we got to Utah the first thing I wanted to do was meet my newest nephew Lincoln James. He was only 6 days old when we meet him. I cried when I held him, I love that boy! He is a doll, and it is so fun seeing my baby sister Jami as such a darling Mommy! That was a big highlight of our trip. My kids are IN LOVE with baby "BLINKION" We miss him so much! Here is what our Utah trip consisted of: *Monday night we went up with my parents, and my bother Mitch and his family to Grandma's Grove, in Mountian Grove and roasted hot dogs. It was lots of fun and my kids couldn't get enough of Jayci and Tag! *Family bridal shower for Kelli *Bridals up in Midway with Kelli. It was beautiful up there! We had a lot of fun with Grandpa! *Lots of stapling, sticking, organizing, cleaning, and prepping for the wedding *Hot tubing. How I miss the hot tub and the talks in the tub with Mom and Tara! *A horrible pedicure with my fav girl Tara! *Lot's of girl time, with cousins and Aunts. I loved having my Auntie Sarah there! *Kelli and Nick's wedding dinner at the Grand America. NO KIDS (with the exeption of baby Lincoln) it was such a relaxing night! *The WEDDING! Kelli and Nicks sealing was amazing. And their recption was lots of fun. I was so tired I had a hard time keep my eyes opened, but it was fun. I just wish I had more energy that day! My kids had a ball with the live band. Maggie danced the whole night. *Boating with the Samuelson's *Gardners Village with my sisters and the neices and nephews. It's a tradition! *Conference! Girls Night! *The drive home to Arizona----NOT FUN! Our trip was lots of fun, very busy, but lots and lots of fun! We miss our family so much! Come visit! We are sad we won't be able to make it out until this next Spring, I am not allowed to travel after the middle of December, so we will not be in town for Christmas. Sad. So come visit. The weather is wonderful! :)
